1. Digital Products Only

MeadowWhim CrossStitch exclusively sells digital products.

No physical products are shipped by mail or courier.

Therefore:

• No physical shipping fees apply;

• No postal delivery times are applicable;

• No shipping address is required to receive purchased products.

2. Access to Digital Files

Once payment has been confirmed, purchased PDF files are immediately available for download.

Files are delivered automatically through Shopify using the Sky Pilot service.

Customers receive the information necessary to access their purchases in accordance with the download process established by the store.

3. Download Issues

If a customer experiences an issue that prevents them from accessing their digital file, they may contact:

Requests may concern, in particular:

• An inaccessible download link;

• A file that appears to be incorrect or incomplete;

• A technical issue preventing the file from opening.

Assistance will be provided to help customers access the purchased content.

4. Availability of the Digital Service

MeadowWhim CrossStitch makes every effort to ensure reliable and continuous access to its digital files.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues affecting the third-party services used to deliver the files.

5. Use of Downloaded Files

Downloaded digital files are intended for personal use only.

They may not be:

• Resold;

• Redistributed;

• Shared with third parties;

• Used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
